Window Tabs...is an add-in for Microsoft Visual C++. It adds a docking bar of tabs reflecting all of the opened windows in the workspace.
Boost C++ Libraries...free peer-reviewed portable C++ source libraries. The emphasis is on libraries which work well with the C++ Standard Library. One goal is to establish "existing practice" and provide reference implementations so that the Boost libraries are suitable for eventual standardization. Some of the libraries have already been proposed for inclusion in the C++ Standards Committee's up coming C++ Standard Library Technical Report.
wxWindows...is a cross-platform C++ MFC GUI like framework.
Qt...is a cross-platform C++ GUI application framework.
Doxygen...is a documentation system for C++, Java, IDL (Corba, Microsoft and KDE-DCOP flavors) and C.
Microsoft Visual Studio...easy to use, stable source code editor with many features.
MSDN...from here you can jump to any other section, including the most up to date information on all their SDK's and downloads.
InformIT...has a free library on a wide range of programming topics.
MATLAB...is an intuitive language and a technical computing environment. It provides core mathematics and advanced graphical tools for data analysis, visualization, and algorithm and application development.
Dr. Dobb's Journal...online programming magazine.
1st Page 2006...good html editor but not as good as 1st Page 2000.
Paint Shop Pro...a very good low cost alternative to PhotoShop.
Lori's Web Graphics...Paint Shop Pro Tips and Tutorials.
Pinoy7...excellent Paint Shop Pro tutorials.
Kentucky Creations...Paint Shop Pro tutorials.
POV-Ray...the Persistence of Vision Raytracer. A tool for producing high-quality computer graphics.
Internet Raytracing Competition..."(a.k.a 'IRTC') is an internet-based competition that is hosted on the povray.org server machine. While it is open to any renderer or raytracer, a large proportion of the entries are done using POV-Ray. Apart from being great eye-candy, many entrants provide their POV-Ray scene source code with their entries. Moray...a very good modeler and texture editor for POV-Ray.
Open Office...one of the best office suites I've seen yet(That includes M$) and it's free.
Manual - War In The Pacific... might be somewhat dated.
